Job Description:
The city manager is responsible for building and managing the local city team. S/he represents Grab to external parties including local regulators and organizations, third parties, partners, lients, etc., to ensure smooth market entry and continuinh success. S/he also is responsible for establishing external and interal operational processes for the organization which includes building and maintaining a strong community of fleets, drivers, passengers and partners. S/he is able to analyze historical and predictive data and able to create and execute on strategic and tactical action items to improve growth of the business.
