Functions :
1. Prepares tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware and glassware.
2. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment and napkin containers.
3. Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware and linens.
4. Prepares hot, cold and mixed drinks for customers/ guests.
5. Serve food / beverage to customers/ guests at tables as required.
6. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
7. Clean tables / counters after customers/ guest’s have finished dining.
8. Presents the customers/ guest’s the menu whenever they are assigned at the O’resto Bar and Restaurant.
9. Take order from customers/ guests for food or beverage.
10. Write customers / guest’s food or beverage orders on order slips and give it to kitchen staff.
11. Prepares the bill that itemizes and total meal costs of customers/ guests at O’resto Bar and Restaurant.
Qualifications:
1. Male, not more than 35 years old
2. Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or 6 months NCII with certificate
3. With pleasing personality
4. At least 5’4 height male
5. With good moral character
