JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource Officer is in- charge of the recruitment and the performance evaluation of all the employees. She is also tasked to prepare the contract of the employees.
The human resource officer is also expected to do other related task being assigned by the HRD head.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Female, not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology
• With experience in Human Resource Field for 2-3 years
• With good communication and interpersonal Skills
• Flexible and willing to take on other related tasks deemed by the HR Head
• Honest, hard working and patient
• Prompt in meeting with deadlines and can work under pressure
