RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in creating and setting pool of potential applicants per position within a given time frame
- Responsible in hiring qualified applicants based on job profile and objectives set by requesting departments
- Responsible in ensuring completion of requirements for personnel enrollment to Payroll System
- Responsible in maintaining applicants data base
- Responsible in submission of hiring-related reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\‘s/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
- Highly analytical
- Excellent in Written and Oral communication with interpersonal skills
- Must be objective thorough and prepared in all facets of Recruitment
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro
- Willing to travel
