A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Progressively with responsible experience in human resource is an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills are required to manage a number of competing tasks.
Job also includes in a series of human resource functions that include recruitment of applicants, the selection of candidates, conducts interviews, exams and orientations as well.
With basic understanding of human resources functions as learned in a number of settings such as office management, management/supervision of subordinates is required.
Interpersonal skills in dealing with subordinates and superiors are required.
Fast learner, cooperative and a good team player to the organization.
