JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective management of manpower, operations, inventory and merchandise
DUTIES
Achievement of Sales Target- monitor weekly sales performance; oversee the performance of stores; consolidate and analyze reports; recommend solutions to problems
Manpower Management- supervise and monitor the performance of the concession coordinators; ensure that stores are cost effective and has the best and effective sales personnel; motivates and coaches sales personnel as well as reprimanding if needed
Inventory and Merchandise Management- monitor product performance; ordering of stocks; monitor turnover rate of merchandise; merchandise allocation and display
Operations Management- meets up regularly with concession coordinators, promo training assistants and team leaders to get discuss sales performance and to get feedback re. stocks movement; conducts weekly office day; does periodic store visit; performs marketing activities; coordinates with Visual Merchandising and Warehouse for effective display system; monitor on time delivery and pull-out of stocks
