Building Administration Officer Fulltime

Responsibilities:
_

  • Responsible in the supervision of mainatenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with the company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Shall periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the mall and mall tenant facilties.
  • Shall plan scheduled maintenance activities to ensure the efficient utilization of the utilities, facilities and equipment, service vehicles and other office equipment.
  • Will assist mall management in providing safety and security to the mall employees, mall tenants and customers.

Qualifications:
_
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the fields Facilities Management, Building Operations and Maintenance, Property Management is an advantage for this position.
