- Must be a four-year graduate of BS-IT, BS-ECE, BS Computer Science or any related courses
- Proficient in oral & written communication.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to do field work.
- Willing to learn and to be trained.
- Must be physically fit.
- Team player, flexible, creative and aggressive
