Truck Scale Attendant
Requirements:
-Male/ Female , 18-30 years old
-Candidate must be graduate of business course
-Work experience is advantage
-Candidate must know how to use SAP
-Candidate must be computer literate, can work under pressure, organized and systematic, can communicate well, and is good in written communication
-Willing to work on shifting schedule
-Willing to work anytime as possible
-Willing to start immediately
-Full-Time position available
Job Description:
-Responsible in the daily test weighing of the truckscale
-Responsible in the record keeping of all incoming and outgoing items
-Responsible in ensuring that all in needed documents are complete prior to weighing of all items (incoming and outgoing)
-Responsible in the requisition of all form needed in the weighing of all items
-Responsible in coordinating with the security guards on what trucks should be prioritized in loading (outgoing items) / unloading (incoming items)
-Responsible in coordinating with the finish feeds dispatcher on what feeds and farm to prioritize
-Shall report all exceptions and highlights to the maintenance foreman/ supervisor and the plant manager
-Shall execute all tasks that maybe assigned to him by his superiors.
