Purpose:
- The primary goal of the Outbound Telesales Representative is to sell our client's services, generate incremental revenue and grow the business by selling to Small- Medium Businesses in US and Canada .
- Desire to work in an uncapped sales environment with an opportunity for unlimited commissions.
- Represent the client as a brand ambassador by creating excitement and need of our award winning products, package options, and services.
- Consistently display a confident, helpful and upbeat demeanor while working with both internal and external customer contacts.
- Thrive in an energetic, fast paced, competitive environment while meeting and exceed all budgeted goals.
- Ability to navigate internal websites to provide customers with pricing, promotions and service information within their respective service area. - Ability to overcome customer objections and to influence customers to respond positively to sales offers.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent sales skills
- Must possess outstanding communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and courteously with all clients, prospects and employees
- Able to proficiently use a keyboard and mouse, and navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
- Previous call center experience preferred; must meet all call center compliance standards
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while on the phone
- Ability to exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures as guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
