-Male 20-35 years old, at least college level
-Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as van salesman in consumer goods
-Must have a valid driver's license with 1,2,3 restriction and driving experience (6-wheeler trucks for van salesman)
-Should have good communication skills and be highly trainable
-Hardworking and trustworthy, diligent in making reports
-Willing to be assigned anywhere in Northern Mindanao
-Can work with minimum supervision
