-Graduate of any Engineering or business related courses
-With experience in property and tenant management or building administration is preferred but not required.
-Must have excellent communication skills both in oral and written communication;
-Above average Interpersonal skills.
-Can relate well in all levels of the organization with good sense of judgment; confident and smart.
-Supervisory experience is needed.
