General Qualifications:

• Graduates of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, or
  Applied Physical Sciences
• Preferably from Northern Mindanao
• Good scholastic aptitude
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
• Well-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure; both
  independently and within a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
