The maintenance supervisor is responsible for planning and overseeing the work of maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations of the hotel. Is also tasked with the upkeep of buildings and grounds, as well as upkeep of machinery needed to operate and maintain the hotel. In addition to directing the work of subordinates, the maintenance supervisor may also be required to perform maintenance duties himself as needed like change locks; replace floor tile; unstop clogged drains; repair or replace plumbing fixtures; patch holes in walls; replace faucet washers; perform roof repairs; spot paint exteriors; paint building interiors;
• Must be male;
• Not older than 45 years. old;
• Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer;
• Has Good Communication Skills;
• Must have a relative work experience of at least 3 years;
• Willing to work long hours;
• Physically fit with with good moral character;
• With good leadership skills;
• Neat & presentable, punctual, and good attitude & courteous;
