Job Summary:

Involves specialized work in developing and maintaining the personnel department of the institution. Responsible for the preparation or development and administration of:

Personnel riles and regulation,
Pay and classification plan,
Recruitment and examination program,
Eligibility list,
Programs for employees training, safety, health and morale.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Formulate hiring process for HR department of the institution.
2) Conducts performance evaluation for all personnel.
3) Conducts in-service training programs for all departments of the hospital.
4) Establishes and updates personnel records for all personnel.
5) Assists department heads in counseling employees on work related problem.
6) Conducts employees' satisfactory survey.


Job Specification:

Education: BS Graduate preferably having Masters Degree in related area

Work Experience: At least 2 years as a Human Resources practitioner. Having membership in any personnel association or clubs in the community.

Other Qualifications: Handles misbehaved employees. Handles labor legal suits. Capability to face tough personnel related situations. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Computer proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to provide counseling services to employees.
