Role Summary:
design training program for the company, make training modules, Facilitate training activities and ensure proper documentation, Maintain training database, source resource person
Requirements:
Must have at least two (1) year relevant experience
Male or female, between 22 to 30 years old
Must be a graduate of Psychology or any behavioral science course
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, project management, time management, facilitation skills.
Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications
