Job Purpose: Solicits orders for merchandise or services by telephoning customers.
Telemarketer Job Duties:
- Identifies prospected clients through telephone directories and other prepared listings of contact information.
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases.
- Secures information of the possible clients by completing data base backups.
- Keeps telemarketing equipment operational and in good shape.
- Contributes to team sales effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
- Female, not more than 29 years old
- College graduate
- With telemarketing experience is an advantage
- Must be able to do multitasking and prioritize functions to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
- Willing to travel or be relocated
