• Not more than 30 years old of age
• College Graduate with specializations Civil Engineering and or in any Field of Engineering
• Fresh Graduates are open to apply
• Knows how to drive with professional driver’s license
• Has Basic knowldege as to structural designs
• Excellent communication skills both Oral and written communications
• Proficient in Computer applications
• Fast learner, can work with less supervision, with initiative and has a strong sense of leadership
• Reliable and trustworthy
