Responsibilities:

Ensures that company policies are strictly followed and that disciplinary actions are implemented by serving notices of infractions to employees on any violation of the company’s code of conduct.

Prepares the weekly manpower and turnover statistics report by collating resignation data as input to management in devising strategies to lower the turnover rate.

Enforces company’s code on employee discipline by issuing sanctions after due process has been observed to employees who violated the Code to instill employee discipline and protect the interests of the Company.

Attends unit meeting and meeting with Department Head to get updates, information, and feedback on unit’s performance and on other work related matters.

Conducts employee counseling to reinforce the required behavior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Labor Law, Labor Relations.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Employee/Labour Relation or equivalent.
