Duties:
1. Facilitates children in their Kumon work by: a. Giving class work, b. Giving homework, c. Giving drills, d. Giving feedback before the child goes home.
2. Updates the children records daily and monthly
a. Study Plan b. Projection Plan c. Recording d. Worksheets
3. Monitor student attendance.
4. Conducts regular Parent-Teacher Conference.
5. Submits required report to the team leader.
6. Makes report of child’s progress every month. .
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of Worksheet Contents (Training will be provided).
2. Good command of Written and Oral English.
3. Must be very patient in handling students.
4. Preferably a degree in Mathematics or Engineering.
