Sales Coordinator (Showroom) Fulltime

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides Product information/selection advice and support to customers at least 40% of their time. * Assists in the operation of the showroom including maintaining showroom displays. * Addresses and resolves customer complaints. * Performs various office administration duties such as processing payments and receipts, preparation of bank deposits, balance petty cash box, prepares various performance reports, updates customer master file and creates client orders. * May perform various product order duties such as entering customer orders, creating plant orders * Maintains accurate and detailed records to keep in compliance with company policies and procedures. * Trains and provides assistance to Customer Sales Representatives. * Performs other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/ Knowledge – Graduate of any four-year course preferably Major in Business – Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Experience: 1 year customer service experience.


Competencies: Organization, time management, computer skills, math, detail oriented, customer service
