HR STAFF
Facilitate recruitment and selection, process employee benefits, maintain and update employee files, assist in training activities - among other related duties.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a 4-year college degree preferably graduate of BS Psychology/Behavioral Science or a related course
• Previous work experience of at least one (1) year as HR Asst. or Admin. Asst. would be an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated and assertive
• Analytical, attentive to detail, assertive, organized, systematic
