• Graduate of mechanical, electrical, chemical, electronics & communications, industrial engineering course/Chemistry or related sciences, licensed
• At least 1 year experience in an industrial company preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills; proficient in both oral and written English
• Good interpersonal skills
• With strong leadership potential
