HR SUPERVISOR (Urgent Hiring!)
Responsibilities:
1. Supervises Mindanao work unit and personnel which includes: interviewing of prospective employees, providing and/or recommending training, coordinating, scheduling and assigning work, establishing performance measures, evaluating work performance, providing feedback, direction and guidance, keeping personnel abreast of new or revised information and recommending and/or implementing personnel actions.
2. Enforces human resources related policies and procedures.
3. Gathers, summarizes and analyzes information and uses this information to make recommendation with significant impact on employees.
4. Recruits applicants by preparing advertisements, representing company at career fairs etc.
5. Coordinates with the training unit for training related activities for employees and in Chooks to Go business.
6. Prepare and deliver oral HR related presentations.
7. Perform related work as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelors of Science in Psychology, Human resource management or equivalent
- At least 2 years supervisory working experience
- Adept with recruitment and sourcing, employee discipline and performance management
- 2 full time position available
