PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably Single, Male 23 to 28 years old
• With at least 2 years experience in the same position or related position
• Must be a graduate of Engineering courses or its equivalence
• Must have a good working attitude
• Able Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Able to Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Is responsible for the overall supervising, direction, planning, assigning, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Interprets specifications, give job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department.
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
