RBT Bank, Inc. a medium sized and progressive rural bank is in need of highly competent individual for a Business Development Officer position.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting or equivalent academic course.
2. Must not be more than 35 years of age and with banking experience.
3. Strong sense of professionalism with business acumen, proven teamwork and leadership qualities.
4. Have good communication skills both oral and written.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Exceptional sales, negotiation and business development skills.
Main Functions:
1. Assists/Supervises bank product development/enhancement initiatives.
2. To source and cross-sell RBT Bank products to new and existing clients.
3. Prepares business plan for the development of new business opportunities.
4. Conducts area assessment for Branch expansion and development.
5. Conducts sensitivity analysis on existing and new banks products.
6. Conducts periodic customer satiusfaction survey vis banks products and services.
