JOB SUMMARY:
To manage and administer all personnel and operations in the Sales Department to ensure that everything is in keeping with company policies; sees to the thorough formulation and implementation of all sales and marketing initiatives for vehicle sales; monitors actual performance of all sales groups within the Department; provide sales force with the necessary support.
- preferably a graduate of Business Management or other related courses
- with one to two years of relevant work experience
- with good communication and interpersonal skills
- with good managerial and mentoring skills
- customer-oriented, organized and systematic
