CS FOUNDATION AND MEDINA DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION

VISION
CS Foundation and Medina Development Foundation envision a society where the most basic needs are accessible to every Filipino; each Filipino in turn maximizes the availability of these needs to sustain and develop himself, his family, and his community.

MISSION
CS Foundation and Medina Development Foundation strive to uplift and empower the Filipino individual by providing programs that create opportunities and that champion:

  • Education (i.e. College Scholarships, Saturday Classes, construction of Pre-School Classrooms)
  • Health Care (i.e. Medical Missions, Construction of Tuberculosis Center)
  • Livelihood (i.e. Organic Farming)
  • Nationhood in the Local Community (i.e. Pasyon ni Kristo, Coastal Clean-Ups)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROGRAM OFFICER

1. Submit project proposals, budgets, organizational charts, and feasibility studies for prospective programs to the Foundations’ Board of Trustees.
2. Find suitable partner Foundations or NGOs who can also support the program.
3. Organize and gather volunteers for approved projects.
4. Implement programs.
5. Take charge of documentation.
6. Make evaluations of each program’s effectiveness to be submitted to the Board of Trustees.
7. Report directly to the Community Relations Manager.
8. Handle recurring programs such as Level Up Ta! Saturday Classes, Feeding Programs, and Patumsan Para Sa Kalamboan (Distribution of Coconut Seedlings).

REQUIREMENTS
1. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Development Communications, Communications, or other related field of studies; having passed the Social Work Board Examination will be an advantage.
2. At least one year work experience related to project management.
3. Well-skilled with Microsoft Office Programs.
4. Good moral character.
5. Ability to work with people from all sectors of society and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.
6. The passion to serve those in need.
7. Fluent in English and Bisaya.
8. Willing to be relocated to Medina, Misamis Oriental.
