Position Overview:


The Bookkeeping Assistant will provide essential support in completing day-to-day, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping responsibilities. This role involves assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to fulfill routine bookkeeping duties within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any finance-related courses
  • With or without experience
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Fast learner and has strong attention to details
  • Good at time management

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in completing day-to-day, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support in accurately recording financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide assistance in generating routine financial reports for review
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.

Salary:

  • Starting daily rate is P550
  • Subject to increase upon regularization (after 6 months)

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8 AM - 5 PM
