Customer Support Staff
A Japanese startup based in Cagayan de Oro is looking for a Customer Support Staff position. Our main business is e-commerce, and we work with multiple suppliers from Japan. As our business is expanding rapidly, this would be a perfect opportunity for those who want to contribute to the development phase of a company.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer Inquiries and resolve any issues
Provide excellent customer service to remove customer concerns
Keep track and ensure secure payments from customers
Record payments received and remind unpaid customers
Work with CS Manager to take measure in increasing inside sales
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Support: 1 year or more
Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
Great with team members
Can relate to a start-up environment
Can commute to office in Cagayan de Oro
Monthly Salary:
Basic Salary: 14,000 - 25,000 PHP DOE
Working Schedule:
Night Shift: 5 working days per week.
Monday - Sunday 3:00PM - 12:00AM (break 7:00PM - 8:00PM)
