  • Check Sales and remittance liquidations.
  • Counter check customer information sheet.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable.
  • Liquidate other expense.
  • Check DTR of Sales Driver and Helper.
  • Handle Driver’s concerns.
  • Facilitate request in repair of Sales Vehicle and maintenance.
  •  Arrange Sales Logistic Schedules.
  • Handle Sales Revolving Funds.
  • Process shipping permit.
  • Make P.O. for Ice and Fuel.
  • Make distribution report for Distributor & HRI CDO and Zamboanga.
  • Directly reporting to Sales Supervisor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or any related courses.
  • Has strong leadership skills, time management & Organizational Skills.
