Conferring with the Design Captain to initially gain an understanding of the scope and requirements of a project.
Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations building and structures based on preliminary concepts.
He/she must determine procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes and other construction details.
Employees must know the certain maximum standard of Grandblocks Corporation as Architectural Draftsman which as follows;
A complete plan maximum standard will be 3 weeks.
Presentation purposes plan with render maximum standard will be 3 days.
Floor Plan will be 1 day process only.
Represents Architects on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specification and advising on design corrections, under Architect’s Supervision.
After complete plan, he/she will make sure that all plans (Architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, electronics) must be signed and sealed by the respective Engineers and Architects for OBO compliance.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering
1-2 years experienced ( fresh graduate are also welcome)
