• Proficient in MS Office programs

JOB DESCIPTIONS

• Overseeing personnel (receptionist, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, etc.) and set clear objectives.
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, policies.
• Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
• Develop and implement and intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services.
• Prepare and manage schedule and shifts.
