Male or Female, preferably 30 to 40 years old with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Role Summary:

  • Manages the Company's day-to-day operations; Sells and markets the Company's products and services.
  • Establish the personnel staffing requirements;
  • Determine policies and procedures having to do with morale, safety, service, appearance, and performance of employees;
  • Ensures that the facilities are well-maintained and that health and safety standards are met;
  • Control the budget, analyze sales figures, set business targets, and provide financial forecasts to the President and/or top management;
  • Create and design a marketing plan and publicity strategy for the Company;
  • Supervise and coordinates the implementation of approved budgets including personnel, capital, operations ,and renovations;
  • Adheres, monitors, and implements compliance with all company rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures of Zealep Inc.;
  • Do other tasks and functions that may be assigned by the President/Managing Director and/or top management.
