We are in need of two (2) Production Supervisor, Full Time

• Area of assignment: (1) Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
• Area of assignment: (1) Brgy. Gemelina, Tayud, Liloan, Cebu

Basic Qualifications:

• A graduate of any engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical.
• At least 2 years' work experience (must willing to undergo extensive training).
• Has strong communication skills and able to speak effectively to employees.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing, Coordinating).
• Have keen eyes for details and good in analytical thinking.
• Available to extend working hours, if necessary.

Basic Function:

• Responsible for providing leadership in the operating floor of the production section with focus on quality, efficiency, availability, and safety.
