IT Support Specialist Fulltime

We are looking for a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our Operations.

In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies,

enhancing system performance, and securing data and maintaining inventories records.

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:

-Providing IT assistance to Operations.

-Assist the Network administrator and System Administrator with desktop support,

 troubleshooting desktop computer hardware and software problems.

-Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.

-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

-Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.

-Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.

-Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.

-Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.

-Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

-Provide specific IT support, handle incident tickets, speak with end-users, work on

 problem tickets, perform proactive maintenance, and resolve critical operations issues

 rapidly and effectively.

-Properly update all tickets using established documentation standards to ensure issues

 are well documented, stakeholders are informed, and issues are closed.

-Good oral and written communication skills.

-Ability to work collaboratively with other IT team members to support deadlines; ability

 to work independently as well.

-Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in

 an operations environment.

IT Support Specialist Requirements:

-A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.

-1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist.

-Fresh Grad are also welcome to apply

-Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.

-In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

-Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.

-Background in Windows, Linux/UNIX, Mac OSX, systems is an advantage

- Team player and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

-Willing to take an overtime
