Qualifications
- Female
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Mgt. or any related courses
- With Supervisory or Managerial experience of at least5 years in different facets of HR & Admin functions
- Related work experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Must possess strong leadership & ethical skills and the compassion to deliver results.
POSITION PURPOSE: To administer human resource programs and administrative services in keeping with the vision and its corporate strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EMPLOYEE RELATION
- Promotes excellent industrial relations and seeks interventions to sustain positive discipline in the workplace.
- Organizes corporate social activities and conduct satisfaction survey thereafter.
- Mediates to resolve complaints or grievances and carry-out disciplinary proceedings when necessary
RECRUITMENT
- Supervises recruitment process and ensures efficiency in sourcing out competent applicants.
- Assesses performance evaluation results of newly hired employees against employment status recommendations to guarantee suitability for the job.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Conducts training needs analysis and programs a training plan according to the results of individual development plans.
- Monitors and measures the effectiveness of training conducted, if possible up to the return on Investment.
- Administers the conduct of periodic performance evaluations of employees
SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION
- Gathers data and prepares reports on the department’s productivity and statistical measures.
- Responsible for periodic review, development, and implementation of the system in compliance with the standards of ISO 9000.
- Updates Company’s overall organizational structure for every organizational transformation occurrence.
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT
- Inspects periodically housekeeping condition of all areas of responsibility for continuous upkeep and continual improvement with emphasis on the environmental, health, and safety hazard/aspects.
- Provides prompt provision of necessary corrections or corrective actions for every housekeeping problem identified.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Assures that all assets are properly recorded, issued, and monitored through periodic inventory.
- Provides necessary actions on any losses, damages, or worn-out items and reports status and results.
SECURITY CONTROL
- Acts as the Security Coordinator of the company in communicating any security concern with the security agency.
- Administers security control measures and implements programs that would guarantee the premises and its personnel from any security risk including the performance level of security guards.
CONTRACTING OF SERVICES
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of accredited service providers and take action on substandard rating as a result thereof.
- Carries out accreditation or renewal of contract taking into consideration the protection of the business interest of the organization.
BUDGET & COST CONTROL
- Monitors the overall administrative costs, provide control measures, and report accordingly.
- Proposes annual budget within the required limit.
