Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the development of various projects in Mindanao
• Lead the planning of the acquisition of land and right-of-way and the implementation of the plans, and ensure that the company’s rights to said lands and rights-of-way are upheld and protected
• Collaborate with intra- and inter-department teams and subject matter experts in resolving land rights issues.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents on file, such as titles, maps, land contracts, etc.
Qualification Requirements:
• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in the management, acquisition, lease of land properties and its attendant issues.
• With experience in dealing with stakeholders such as LGUs, regulatory agencies, and land owners, while maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders
• Familiar with government laws related to land use and titling, and the rules and regulations relevant to said laws
• Must be willing to be based in Damilag, Bukidnon
• Excellent written and oral English communication
