WE ARE IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with 1 year work experience, with or without license
• Has strong communication skills and able to speak effectively to subordinates and managers
• Possesses strong leadership skills with good interpersonal skills
• Has the courage to implement proper machine troubleshooting and 
• Ability to initiate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Have keen eyes for details and acquires analytical skills

Basic Function: 

• Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the maintenance personnel in the general maintenance and upkeep buildings, grounds, machines and equipment. Ensures that all electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related system in the plant is well-maintained and functional all the time.
