HR Staff - Compensation and Benefits Fulltime

at Solidmark Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Administer timekeeping and payroll of all branches

2. Process monthly government mandated remittances such as SSS, PHIC and HDMF

3. Coordinates with Government Offices with regards to any updates, concerns and queries

4. Assists employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns.

5. Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters

6. Provides payroll reports to be submitted to Accounting Department and SMI.

7. Prepares Final Pay computation for all resigned employees

8. Monitor VL and SL credits of employees

9. Process and monitor Business Permit Renewal

10. Maintains payroll records of employees

11. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent

2. Proficient in MS Office

3. Knowledge in REMANTEC Payroll System is a plus.

4. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

5. Strong ethics and reliability.

6. Can work under pressure

7. Trustworthy, with good moral character and integrity

8. Ability to work in a team environment
