Receive and review claims documents and coordinate with claimants.
Interview claimants and/or witnesses to gather pertinent information
Conduct Actual investigation or inspection to determine the veracity of the loss and the extent of insurance company’s liability concerning personal, casualty, or property loss or damages.
Gather pertinent documents and examine its validity and consistency.
Evaluate the loss to ascertain compensation amount or the company’s liability.
Conduct necessary canvassing of part’s prices relating to the claims filed.
Negotiate the assessment to the claimant to settle the claim.
Segregate claims documents for forwarding to accounting and/or to Head Office.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year course
Male
Computer literate (High literacy level in MS word and Excel Applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Keen to details.
Can work with less supervision.
Confident and able to socialize.
Open to fresh Graduates.
With pleasing personality.
With previous work experience in the related field (preferred but not required).
