TRG specializes in Interiors and Architecture Design is looking for an additional team member for CDO office.
Qualifications:
-Architectural or Interior Design graduate (with License is a plus but not required)
-At least 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD
-Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Interior Designing
-Proficient skills on AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator and/or similar design software
-Proficient in MS Office
-Knowledgeable in Revit software is a plus
-Must have a good communication skills and command of both oral and written English
-Experience on International Architecture and Building Construction is a plus
Abilities:
-High creative, imaginative and artistic
-Resourceful and detail-oriented
-Ability to understand different styles of design
-Basic understanding of Architectural lighting specifications
-Ability to understand basic heights for economic and knowledge of clearance spaces
-Ability to understand color theory (what color can go together)
-Ability to understand graphic arrangement
Responsibilities:
-Create Architectural Drawings and Construction Documents in CAD
-Able to turn around clients' markups and communicate effectively through markups
-Understands and can consistently produce US layouts, standards and preferences
-Pickup markups and ensure quality assurance
-Working knowledge of ADA standards
