RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the Sales force in his area to attain the Sales objectives.
- Initiating tactical plans together with the Key Accounts Specialist to ensure dominance in market penetration.
- Providing relevant market information so as to be able to formulate strategies to counter and compete in the market and thereby ensuring achievement of sales, market share and profitability.
- Ensuring 100% compliance to approved brand positioning as directed by the National Sales Manager and/or Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- With at least 3 years of sales and managerial experience in FMCG (Key Accounts)
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint presentation)
- Knows how to drive (at least RC License #: 12)
- Willing to travel within North Mindanao
