Prepares job ad materials; conducts an initial screening of applicants; coordinates hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate with department heads in identifying employee training needs; assist in developing training and development programs.
Manage personnel movements (Probationary, regularization, separation, and promotion of employees).
Assists in the monitoring of compliance of company policies and code of conduct, conduct of an initial investigation of complaints or violations; and the enforcement of recommended actions;
Assists in the implementation of activities promoting employee wellness, work-life balance, and harmonious working relationships;
Ensures proper safekeeping and completeness of employee records (from hiring to separation) corporate documents and other pertinent company files; and
Performs tasks that may be assigned from to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business degree.
