HR and Admin Officer Fulltime

  • Prepares job ad materials; conducts an initial screening of applicants; coordinates hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads in identifying employee training needs; assist in developing training and development programs.
  • Manage personnel movements (Probationary, regularization, separation, and promotion of employees).
  • Assists in the monitoring of compliance of company policies and code of conduct, conduct of an initial investigation of complaints or violations; and the enforcement of recommended actions;
  • Assists in the implementation of activities promoting employee wellness, work-life balance, and harmonious working relationships;
  • Ensures proper safekeeping and completeness of employee records (from hiring to separation) corporate documents and other pertinent company files; and
  • Performs tasks that may be assigned from to time.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business degree.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with various aspects of HR functions
  • Familiar with labor laws and standards
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
