Perform client needs evaluation by working with Sales in Pre-Sales solution capacity
Design and provide quote to clients thru Sales using ITSI’s standard processes, templates and working files with proper guidance and approval
Collect required information to develop work scope around solutions to attain customer requirements
Interact with prospective and existing clients to collect information and provide proposed solutions
Support potential opportunities closure
Involve actively in training programs as well as pass certification exams
Collect and evaluate information, formulate as well as test hypothesis
Perform Project Engineer’s task, as the need arise, to support clients and assist PSG in project implementation
Perform maintenance and support work for clients, as the need arise, and assist Project Department in performing urgent maintenance tasks
Review entire problem logs and identify recurring problems; Record projects status along with open issues every week; Ensure to follow up on problems and process independently related to solutions engineering
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superior
Must be a graduate of Electronics/Electrical Engineering course or equivalent
With knowledge in Information and Communications Technology
