The HR Specialist will be responsible in providing support by sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting personnel based on job vacancies. They will also prepare and issue disciplinary actions, ensure proper documentation by updating 201 files, updating of recruitment database, and coordinating with plant section heads for various HR and admin related concerns.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2 years of related work experience is an advantage
- Resourceful and people oriented
- Able to deal with people from different levels of the organization
- Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Can multi-task and handle both HR and Admin concerns
- Highly motivated with positive working attitude
- Willing to do field work (if needed)
- Must be willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
