Stronghold Insurance Company, Inc. (SICI), a wholly owned Filipino non-life insurance company, had its humble beginnings when it was incorporated on March 21, 1960. SICI has been licensed to offer to the general public all types of non-life insurance such as fire, motor, marine, casualty and suretyship.
Responsibilities:
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
Assist in the recruitment process.
Substantiates applicant’s skill by administering and checking exam.
Receive resume of applicants.
Preparing new employee files; checking of pre-employment requirements if complete.
Checking employee forms such as leave and locator.
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Providing clerical and administrative support whenever needed.
Compiling and updating employee records.
Qualifications:
Female
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRD, Business (or other related fields)
Preferably with experience in HR for at least 1(one) year.
Keen to details.
Excellent Communication skills.
Computer literate (High literacy level in MS word and Excel Applications).
