The Warehouse Supervisor will be in charge of monitoring the company's outside warehouses. He will ensure all incoming and outgoing products are properly coordinated inventory is conducted, all raw materials are properly loaded/unloaded and piled in their designated warehouse, and good housekeeping practices are applied in the warehouse to ensure safety of the finished goods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management
- With at least 3-5 years experience in personnel supervision
- Knowledgeable in warehouse monitoring from receiving, stocking, to dispatching
- Knowledge of Good Warehousing Practices and 5Sor 7S is an advantage
- Above-average leadership skills
- Computer literate (MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Must be willing to do fieldwork
- Must be adaptable and have a positive working attitude
- Willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
