The Accounting Staff is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements. He shall also oversee all accounting procedures and has to coordinate with the bookkeeper and other staff with regards to accounting and financial matters.
He must be honest and trustworthy in doing his job. He has to make reports on weekly basis or as needed by the management/admin head.
He keeps all the records and documents related to accounting and whatever that may be assigned to him by the management.
